This big woodpecker was at our tree out back for over an hour this morning. Peggy, our neighbor, came over and got some terrific pictures of him up close. He really worked this one tree in our back yard over pretty good. He's been back twice today. Our backyard has the elk tracks all over too, and the one bird feeder is knocked off. We must have had some night visitors too.
