Had a great day off yesterday. Got my hair done and love it. Sure hope that I can do it okay this morning. Then Cher and I took off for the Y for a couple of hours. We worked out hard on the elipticals, treads, bike, cybex and circuit. had a ball. Cher has a heck of a time on the elipticals, they kick her butt and its so cool that I can do them. However, she is much better on the bikes. Instead of ice cream, we had salads afterwards, big salads but still salad. Half of mine is going in to work with me today for lunch.
