FINALLY!
A day with some much needed exercise. 68 minutes to be exact. Not all at once, but broken up into bits and pieces..between the treadmill, bike, watp and dance video. Felt great, I had been slacking ever since Friday. Sat was my long day at work and no time to work out, Sunday the casino and downhill ever since. Sure felt good to get back to it today.
